This little buddy is four years old today. And even though it's been over a year since I lived there, I still miss coming home from work and hearing a scratchy-voiced, "Baba, you home?" from the kitchen. If you're ever in the market for a pint-sized ping pong opponent or an awesome running-start hug, this is your guy. Happy Birthday, little dude.

ReplyDeleteOk so yeah it is 10pm here, and I am seriously considering going to the dollar theater tonight for an encore of twilight because it was that funny.
I would give anything to have heard somebody yell "where are your panties, girl???" It sounds much like when I went to see Spring Awakening here (that's a whole separate story). Not sure if you've seen it, but there is a slight dialogue, supposed to be humorous vs. drama, where two guys kiss. A girl beside me shrieks so loud it echoes through the theater, and a 30 year old guy behind me yells "OH NO HE DIDN'T, EWWW!! AHHHH H**L NAWWWW". I didn't stop giggling through the whole second act. For sure the best part of the show.
