OMG! (the remix)

Forget Michael Phelps, my stalking energies will now be focused in a more red-delicious-eating, kebab-buying, business-timing, bird-flipping, awesomely-accented direction: Flight of the Conchords has begun filming its second season here in the city.

  1. NYC sounds like fun!!! I should come visit....sometime.

    Other books recommended to me:
Skin Hunger by Kathleen Duey (sounds really good!)
    and
The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. Very "gorey" maybe, but it seems really good. But it comes out on the 15th of this month.

You should definitely get a library card. How do you not have one already!!!!

  2. Laura - I just have to compliment you on your blog's design(s). It looks like you're having fun with it and it's very fashion forward. I don't really know what that means but I thought I'd say it anyway. I watched one season of Project Runway and it left it's mark. Anyway, you and your siblings should all win some sort of collective blog award. You guys are great. I'm waiting for Dave to start blogging about his high school experiences in Pleasanton. H and K.

  3. Tamir - I don't know, I sort of have this fear of libraries or something, so I usually just buy books. I haven't had a library card since I was like 12!

Nancy - Heh, why thank you! I think Project Runway is an excellent source for fashion knowledge. Also, thanks for your book recommendation - it sounds like it would make a good beach read.

  4. LAURA!!! Afraid of the library!!!! That is so sad. The library is one of my most favorite places. I sometimes even go there twice a day...I'm that much of a freak.

  5. If you find out they need an extra to do anything (and I mean ANYTHING), inform them that I will be on the next flight to NY. I'm not joking.

  6. I just got my new library card for the Pleasanton library AND updated my card for the Alameda County system. My trip to two libraries produced two books, a book on CD, and a DVD (In Her Shoes). Libraries are fabulous. (I got "The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay" on the recommendation of someone on your blog.) I clearly didn't raise you right if you are intimidated by libraries.
